Studio Connections is a private Pilates studio in Centreville, Virginia. We provide a beautiful, relaxing setting to begin, deveop or enhance your Pilates experience. Our goal is to create a place where you can leave your worries at the door, a sanctuary where body and mind can reap the multitude of benefits from the Pilates Method. It is a place to discover the mind-body-spirit connection and cultivate the power and potential within yourself.
